My training as an Integrative Counsellor allows me to tailor my therapeutic approach to suit your needs, whether that be to listen to your story and sit with you in your pain or work with you to make positive changes to your life... or something in between.

I can offer you a safe and confidential space to be heard without judgement or expectation. Your reasons for contacting me might be anxiety, depression, a relationship breakdown, a bereavement, low self-esteem, difficulty coping with change and uncertainty or more.. and sometimes just not feeling right can be a good place to start.

Therapy for you

01.
Face to Face Therapy
50 minutes
In person sessions are held in my cosy therapy cabin in a semi-rural location in Hemel Hempstead.
The address will be provided prior to your first appointment. There is ample parking available on site.

To get the most out of your therapy session I believe face to face is the most effective.
02.
Online Therapy
50 minutes
Online sessions are held over zoom via a personal therapy code I will send you. If zoom is not available to you, we can use Whatsapp video calls.
Online is useful for those wanting to integrate therapy into a working day or if you’re travelling but want to maintain face to face sessions for consistency.

Or if you simply live too far from my cabin.
03.
Phone/Text Therapy
50 minutes
Phone sessions will be a verbal conversation at your assigned appointment time. Phone sessions can be helpful if you are on the go, unable to access video or not comfortable with face to face or video.

Text sessions take place over Whatsapp at your assigned appointment time. Text sessions can be a useful way to maintain therapy when access to face to face , phone calls or video calls may be difficult for you.
